Biomass process engineering for Bioenergy Production 生物能源过程工程

从木质纤维素生物质为起始原料生产生物能源和生物基化学品正在成为生物工程研究、开发和应用的主要领域。世界范围内的生物炼制产业的大规模产业化也在改变着以往生物工程产业规模小和就业不足的形象,为具有生物炼制背景的专业人员提供了一个大容量、多角度的就业市场。本课程将对基于木质纤维素生物质的微观构造和生物抵抗性、主要加工技术(预处理、酶水解与糖化、发酵、提纯等)、能源发酵菌种的代谢工程、以及相关的过程工程的基本原理和过程技术进行阐述和讲解,使研究生通过本课程的学习可以掌握该领域必备的基础知识。该课程是欧盟Erasmus+计划BBChina项目(生物循环经济硕士项目:从田野到生物能源、生物燃料和生化制品)建设课程。

The lignocellulose based biorefinery engineering is becoming the main steam of biotechnology in research, development and implementation, and changing the images of “small” biotechnology industry and limited job market by the trend of the rapid commercialization of the biomass energy production in the world. The course provides the fundamental knowledge and training of biorefinery engineering, including the ultrastructure and recalcitrance of lignocellulose; processing technology (pretreatment, hydrolysis, fermentation, and purification); metabolic engineering of energy strains; and process engineering tools etc. The course is developed by the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education project “Master Program on Bio-Based Circular Economy: From Fields to Bioenergy, Biofuel and Bioproducts in China” (BBChina).


本课程教学的目标是使学生了解从生物质原料生产液体生物燃料和生物基化学品的过程工程基础和技术原理,掌握酶制剂生产、菌种培育、单元操作、反应器设计、流程模拟等生物质加工过程的关键技术。

The purpose of the course is to educate the students on engineering and technical foundations of biomass processing engineering for production of liquid biofuel and biobased chemicals, including enzyme production, fermenting strain development, unit operation, reactor design, and flowsheet simulation.
